Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee relations issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance management.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and support talent acquisition strategies. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
